Microsoft Corporation has significantly expanded the reach of its Xbox Design Lab, launching in 27 countries through a strategic partnership with global ecommerce specialist ESW. The MOVE strengthens Microsoft's direct-to-consumer capabilities ahead of its upcoming earnings report.
The relaunched platform enables customers worldwide to customize Xbox Wireless Controllers and Xbox Elite Series 2 controllers. ESW serves as merchant of record, handling complex cross-border transactions and localized checkout experiences across North America, Europe and APAC markets.
